After. When you pre- poo your hair, you are essentially pre-treating it, so to speak. The oils and butters condition and create a protective barrier over tresses, as you wash.
Your hair will be noticeably softer, shinier, and more manageable immediately after first use. In order to promote healthy hair growth, retain length, restore moisture, thickness, and strengthen long term you need to establish a regime and stick to it. Patience and consistency is key! Your hair will grow at its own pace, but you can expect to see noticeable results within 2 months of consistent use.
Yes. Your order can be custom made. Be sure to select the “Custom Order” option before you checkout. If you already placed an order and forgot to include your allergy, please contact customer service with contact info and order number as soon as possible.

We make our products in small batches to insure freshness and quality. We do our best to ship all orders within 7 business days, but your order may ship sooner. Business days do not include holidays or weekends.

Shipping is determined by weight, starting at $7 for US shipments and $9 for US territories and military bases.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your mailing address once your order is placed. Please contact customer service immediately so we can cancel your order.
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your shipping label is created. Expect delivery 4-7 days after label is created.
Since we prioritize shipping freshly made products, it can take up to 7 business days for us to make and ship your order. Once we create a shipping label for your order, you will automatically receive an email notification. When your package is scanned into the USPS system it will begin to update. Be advised it can take 24 -48 hours for USPS scans to show up, but your item will deliver.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. If your tracking information states your package was delivered to your address, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at
1-800-ASK-USPS 1-(800-275-8777) to file a claim using your tracking number and invoice.
